The research pertains to justiciability doctrine under French law, and especially under the Napoleonic Code. The assignment would run for about 20 hours, beginning after exams and continue through January 2024.  Please send CV and informal NYU transcript to Tiffany Scruggs, scruggst@mercury.law.nyu.edu.

Research assistants can choose to receive 1 or 2 RA credits, or monetary compensation at the standard law school rate of $15.00/hour. 1 RA credit entails a minimum of 45 hours of work; 2 RA credits requires at least 90 hours of work.
