Rolling Deadline: Alan Klinger Summer Fellowship at ADL

The national office of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) is currently hiring an Alan Klinger Legal Fellow for summer 2024.

The Alan Klinger Legal Fellow will work with ADL’s legal team, including the Senior Counsel, the Associate General Counsel, and the National Affairs team, on various projects related to ADL’s mission to stop the defamation of the Jewish people and secure justice and fair treatment for all. These projects may include, but would not be limited to, legal research, work on amicus briefs and legislative testimony, and assistance with preparation for ADL’s annual Supreme Court Review program.  The issues on which the Fellow would likely focus include antisemitism, hate crimes, domestic extremism, cyberhate, academic freedom, church-state separation, and relevant cases on the Supreme Court’s docket. Candidates should be able to demonstrate an interest in ADL’s mission to combat antisemitism and secure justice and fair treatment to all.

The length of the Fellowship will be 10-12 weeks full-time (35 hours/week) and the fellow will receive $16 per hour. This is a hybrid position based in ADL’s main office in New York City.
