The  Entrepreneurship & Venture Capital Program is hosting an in-person evening workshop to provide an introduction to early stage venture capital valuations and term sheets. The workshop will focus on understanding pre- and post-money valuations and how these terms are impacted by liquidation preferences, warrants, anti-dilution and related provisions. This workshop will be led by Jono Rosen ’97, the Managing Partner at Moss Valley Capital, LLC

This workshop will be led by Jono Rosen. Jono Rosen is the Managing Partner at Moss Valley Capital, LLC, a private investment fund. Jono was one of four partners at Applied Invention, LLC, a multi-disciplinary innovation company that designs and builds technology solutions in partnership with leading corporations as well as incubates companies, including The Dark Sky Company (acquired by Apple) and Apeiron Labs, Inc. Previously, Jono was Vice President at Applied Minds, a Principal at Shelter Capital Partners, and an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Jono is a founding board member of Apeiron Labs, Inc., a company dedicated to scaling upper ocean observations to transform our understanding of the state of our oceans, and has served on the boards of directors and as an advisor to several other private companies. Jono holds a M.A. from the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy, a J.D. from New York University School of Law, and a B.A. from the University of Rochester.
