Center hosts conference on “The Application of the New York Convention in Latin America”

On 13 September 2018, the Center will host a conference entitled “The Application of the New York Convention in Latin America: Domestic versus International Standards” on the occasion of which practitioners and academics will discuss whether courts in Latin American have interpreted the New York Convention in light of domestic law or international standards.
