Oct. 11 Deadline to Apply: Public Interest Employers Interviewing 2Ls and 3Ls in Fall OCI

Overview: Fall OCI is a seven week recruiting program administered via CSM/Symplicity (https://law-nyu-csm.symplicity.com/students) during which public sector employers interview 2Ls for summer internships and 3Ls for post-graduate jobs.  Interviews will be taking place virtually via Flo Recruit or Zoom, WebEx etc based on employer’s requests.

 

Week 7 Employers: The following employers will be interviewing during Week 7 of Fall OCI, October 25 – October 29, 2021.

 

2L Students

Virginia Indigent Defense Commission (Richmond, Virginia)

 

3L Students

Hennepin County Public Defender (Minneapolis, MN)

Virginia Indigent Defense Commission (Richmond, Virginia)

 

Application Information/Deadlines: You may begin applying to interview with these offices at noon on Friday, October 8.  The deadline to apply is Monday, October 11, at 11:59 pm.  To apply, submit a resume and cover letter on CSM/Symplicity.  You will be notified if you have a received an interview on Monday, October 18, at 12:00pm.

 

Please note: Applying for Fall OCI interviews occurs on a week-by-week basis, so please monitor CSM/Symplicity, the Docket, and your emails from OCS for information about the employers coming to campus each week and the associated application deadlines. REQUESTING INTERVIEWS CLOSES: Monday, 10/4 at 11:59 p.m.

ON CAMPUS INTERVIEW SCHEDULE AVAILABLE: Monday, 10/11 at 12:00 p.m.

DEADLINE TO CANCEL AN INTERVIEW OR “OPT IN” TO A WAITLIST: Wednesday, 10/13 at 11:59 p.m.

UPDATED INTERVIEW SCHEDULE AVAILABLE (Post Waitlist Lottery): Thursday, 10/14 at 12:00 p.m.

OPEN SIGN-UP OPENS: Thursday, 10/14 at 12:00 p.m.

OPEN SIGN-UP CLOSES: At 12:00 p.m. one day prior to each interview date
