Sept. 16: Deadline to Apply for Funding to Attend National Law Students Workers’ Rights Conference in October

NYU JD students are invited to apply for funding to attend the Peggy Browning National Law Students Workers’ Rights Conference.  The conference will take place October 18-19 at the Maritime Conference Center in Linthicum Heights, MD.  Please see Peggy Browning’s website for further information about the conference: https://www.peggybrowningfund.org/workers-rights-conference.

Students interested in obtaining funding to attend the conference (which will cover the conference fee and lodging for one night for one JD student) should submit to pilc.info@nyu.edu the following information by Monday, September 16:

  • Resume
  • Short statement (250 words max) addressing the following: describe your commitment to workers’ rights and why you are interested in attending this conference
