Register for PILC Summer Funding

Posted on

NYU Law will provide 1Ls and 2Ls with funding for working full-time for at least 8 weeks doing public interest work. To receive this funding for your summer 2022 internship, students must register for funding no later than December 1. Register here right away – it takes only a couple of minutes and registering guarantees that you will receive funding should you secure and decide to accept a public interest summer internship. If your plans change, you can easily and quickly withdraw, so there truly is no downside to registering!

If you are a US citizen, you must complete and file FAFSA forms regardless of whether you receive financial aid. Although you have some time to do that, I encourage you to file your FAFSAs right away because the FAFSAs are of great importance to the Office of Student Financial Services (OSFS). A link to the FAFSA website and the NYU code may be found in your Participant Tracker.  General summer funding policies are available here.
