Mar. 26: One-on-one sessions with Susan Butler Plum and Kathleen Rubenstein of the Skadden Foundation

Rising 3Ls and current 3Ls who will clerk in the fall are invited to sign up for individual “counseling” sessions with Susan Butler Plum and Kathleen Rubenstein of the Skadden Foundation to take place Tuesday, March 26, at NYU Law at PILC (FH 430).  Susan is the director – and Kathleen is the associate director – of the Skadden Fellowship Foundation, which annually funds approximately 25 entry-level attorneys to work at non-profit organizations nationwide.  You can learn more about the Skadden Fellowship by visiting its website: https://www.skaddenfellowships.org/.  Students who are interested in working at a non-profit organization, and, in particular, pursuing civil legal services after graduation, are strongly urged to consider applying for the Skadden Fellowship next fall and to meet with Susan and Kathleen on March 26.  Students can sign up for a 15-minute counseling session on CSMIf you get a spot on the waitlist, you are guaranteed a spot, as Susan and Kathleen can meet with students separately.  Please sign up ASAP and no later than Friday, March 22.  After you sign up you will receive further information about the 15-minute counseling session.  On March 26, in addition to conducting individual counseling sessions, Susan and Kathleen will also present about the Skadden Fellowship at 12:00 PM in FH 212.  Please direct any questions to Sarah Hudson-Plush at sarah.hudsonplush@nyu.edu.
