After New York City adopted the right to counsel for low-income tenants in eviction cases in 2017, the demand for public interest attorneys and litigators at nonprofit legal services organizations has increased dramatically. Join us for a brownbag discussion on what it’s like to practice in Housing Court under the new law, post-graduate job opportunities, and the work of the Right to Counsel Coalition.
