Join PILC, ILS, LSHR and SALSA for a conversation with Vikram Raghavan (LLM 98). Vikram is lead counsel and legal advisor for conflict, refugees, and macro-economics at the World Bank. His expertise includes forced displacement, crises, disasters and emergencies, military coups, sanctions, contractual disputes, expropriation, loan arrears, graduation, conditionality, sovereign debt, and questions about the World Bank’s institutional mandate. Before the Bank, Vikram worked at O’Melveny and Myers, and received his undergraduate law degree from the National Law School of India University.
