Reminder: Spanish for Lawyers and Haitian Creole for Lawyers – Applications Open

Boost your professional prospects with Spanish for Lawyers or Haitian Creole for Lawyers!

The Fall 2020 section of Spanish for Lawyers will be held Wednesday evenings from 6:40-8:30 PM. It is intended for students who have intermediate Spanish proficiency. The course will be taught primarily in Spanish, and students must submit a written statement in Spanish to be considered for the course. Haitian Creole for Lawyers will be held Monday afternoons from 3:00-4:50 PM. It is intended for students with limited-to-no previous experience with Haitian Creole, although students of all levels are welcome. The full course description is available here, and the Interest Questionnaire is available here.

Each course is 2-credits, but these credits do not count towards the degree and are not factored into degree G.P.A.

These classes are open to all full-time and upper-class students. 1Ls are not eligible. To be considered for the course, please fill out the appropriate Interest Questionnaire by Wednesday, August 19 at 9:00 AM.
