Nov. 30: Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Faculty Award Nomination Deadline

The President and Provost Offices, in partnership with the NYU Division of Student Affairs will present the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Faculty Award, which includes a $2500 research stipend, at the Faculty Award Reception during the MLK Celebration Week in February 2019.

President Andy Hamilton and Provost Katy Fleming invite you to nominate outstanding full-time faculty who exemplify the spirit of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. through teaching, social activism, inspiration, leadership and/or community building. In recognizing their inspirational leadership, and community-building activities, these faculty make a positive impact within the classroom and in the greater NYU community.

Eligible nominees: All full-time NYU faculty members are eligible; past recipients are ineligible.

Eligible nominators: All current full or part-time students.

Deadline for nominations: November 30th, 2018
