Negotiating Complex Transactions Course (MBA+Law) Fall 2020- Limited Seats Open

Posted on

There are limited law student seats open for our 1.25 credit interactive NYU Stern course running weekly Nov 5-Dec 17 on Zoom (6-9 Thursdays.)

There, MBAs and law students simulate the ways lawyers and clients collaborate to handle the key transactions in business life. We trace the full transactional life of a firm, including formation, financing, litigation, contracting,  bankruptcy and more. Students negotiate major deals, draft and negotiate contracts, and discover practical ways lawyers work with clients can make or break a company. In the process, law students learn to create superior value- a key to future success. The course is taught by Prof. Freeman, JD, a former corporate attorney.
