On Thursday, May 20, the Judicial Clerkship Office (JCO) held a Q&A and a “How-To Session” on the Nuts & Bolts of creating clerkship applications. We answered questions about the June 14, 2021 clerkship application start date for 2Ls and we discussed and demonstrated the steps you’ll need to take to put together applications to judges – from mail merge, finding email addresses, to which envelopes to use, etc. In addition, we walked through setting up your OSCAR account with your application documents and recommenders, as well as searching for open positions and creating draft and final applications.
