Dear Rising 2Ls & 3Ls,
We want to ensure that graduating students are able to register for classes which are required for their degree and/or the New York Bar Exam. Bidding Cycle #1 for both Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 will be the best opportunity for graduating students to obtain a seat in Constitutional Law, Property, Professional Responsibility, and/or Experiential Learning courses.
Constitutional Law, Property, and Professional Responsibility:
During the Fall 2022 Cycle #1 (June 21 at 1:30 pm – June 29 at 9:30 am) ONLY, there will be a large number of seats available in all sections of Constitutional Law, Property, and Professional Responsibility for 3Ls and LLMs to bid on. There will be a small number of seats in these classes for 2Ls to bid on. Beginning in Fall 2022 Daily Cycle #1 and future cycles, 2Ls will be eligible to bid on all available seats in Constitutional Law, Property, and Professional Responsibility.
Experiential Learning Classes:
During the Fall 2022 Cycle #1 (June 21 at 1:30 pm – June 29 at 9:30 am) ONLY, there will be a large number of seats in simulation classes (which satisfy the Experiential Learning Requirement) for 3Ls and LLMs to bid on. There will be a small number of seats in these classes for 2Ls to bid on. Beginning in Fall 2022 Daily Cycle #1 and future cycles, 2Ls will be eligible to bid on all available seats in Experiential Learning classes.
