Description: The Berkeley Technology Law Journal is pleased to announce their annual student writing competition. The Berkeley Technology Law Journal strives to keep judges, policymakers, practitioners, and the academic community abreast of the dynamic field of technology law. Eligible entries will address a wide variety of topics at the intersection of law and technology, including but not limited to: intellectual property, antitrust, First Amendment, entertainment and new media, telecommunications, biotechnology, internet, and cybercrime.
Application Deadline: February 24, 2012
1st Place Prize: $2,000 and publication in Fall 2012 issue of The Berkeley Technology Law Journal.
