Description: The Association of Securities and Exchange Commission Alumni presents it’s annual writing competiton, which awards prizes for outstanding papers in the field of securities law. Unpublished papers, papers published in any law journal or other publication during calendar year 2012, and papers scheduled for publication in 2012 or 2013 addressing any subject in the field of securities law are eligible for submission. Co-authored papers are not eligible. Both undergraduate and graduate law students enrolled at accredited law schools in the U.S. are eligible to participate.
