Quiet Hours and Study Room Reservations

Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours will be strictly enforced during the exam period.  Twenty-four hour quiet hours begin on Friday, April 14th at 5:00 p.m. and continue until Wednesday, May 17th at 5:00 p.m.  As you complete your individual exams/papers, please be mindful of the fact that others will still be studying and in need of your courtesy.

Study Room Reservations

Residents in School of Law housing can reserve rooms, located on the 8th floor of Hayden Hall, for both group and individual study between April 14th and May 17th.  To reserve rooms in Hayden Hall, please go to the Office of Residential Life in Mercer, Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., beginning on Friday, April 14th.  Study room reservations must be made in person.

Please exercise fairness in using the study rooms by not exceeding the time limit of 2 hours for individuals and 4 hours for groups.  In Hayden, individuals are limited to 5 time slots and a specific group is limited to 2 time slots.  Groups, even if for only 2 hours, must self-identify themselves so that we do not book an individual into the space in the same time slot.  If not so identified, you may be asked to vacate the space.
