Prof. Alvarez is looking for a research assistant to work for pay at the usual NYU rates to complete a book on CEDAW’s Progressive Property Jurisprudence for Oxford University Press. The ideal candidate, JD or LLM, would have prior editing and blue-booking experience as the work will principally be getting texts/footnotes ready for publication. Although the book is about international women’s rights, prior knowledge of international law and/or international human rights law is not absolutely required. Good writers are a plus.
