Professor Zimmerman Seeks Summer 2009 Research Assistant
Professor Diane Zimmerman is looking for a research assistant for Summer 2009 to work on a variety of projects, including a paper on the right of publicity and free speech, and several pieces on copyright (one on trade secrecy, one on private ordering within the bounds of copyright, and one on the relationship between economic incentives and creative production). She will also need help with a book that she is editing with Professors Dreyfuss and First on working within the boundaries of intellectual property.
