RESEARCH ASSISTANTS NEEDED

Professor First Seeks Summer Research Assistant

Professor Harry First will be hiring a full-time research assistant this summer to assist him on three book projects that involve issues of antitrust and intellectual property. One book deals with the Microsoft antitrust litigation in the United States and Europe; the second deals with the law of trade secrets, including the application of antitrust law to trade secrecy issues; and the third book involves general issues of managing today’s intellectual property law system. Professor First will need a research assistant for basic legal research, copy editing, and citation checking. Knowledge of antitrust or intellectual property law is not required. Hours are flexible. If you are interested, please send a résumé and grade transcript to his assistant, Nicole Arzt, at arztn@exchange.law.nyu.edu.
