Furman Center Research Assistant—TDR Project
The Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy seeks a research assistant to help with legal research for a project on Transfer of Development Rights (TDRs). The RA will work with a team of researchers at the Furman Center, including Professor Vicki Been. The RA must commit to approximately 10 hours per week. A background or interest in property law and real estate transactions preferred.
The Furman Center is a joint research and policy center affiliated with the NYU School of Law and NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service dedicated to research, teaching and dissemination of information regarding affordable housing and real estate issues.
