Professor Friedman Seeks RAs for Various Projects
Professor Friedman is looking for a number of research assistants to work on various projects this semester:
• Project, both normative and empirical/comparative, concerning “What is a Constitution?”
• Project regarding judicial behavior. The project crosses the boundary between law and political science; any modeling or empirical background is a plus but not essential.
• Project regarding progressive legislation during the Progressive Era, and the role of courts in striking same.
• Project regarding concurring opinions.
• Project regarding criminal procedure, involving Miranda and its aftermath.
