Through litigation, legislative initiatives, public education, and community organizing and training, the ACLU strives to promote civil liberties and civil rights, combat discrimination in all its forms, and to address the broad spectrum of issues that disproportionately and negatively impact people of color and marginalized communities.
Attorneys from the Racial Justice Program; Immigrants’ Rights Project; Human Rights Program; Criminal Law Reform Project; Women’s Rights Project; Reproductive Freedom Project; National Security Project; LGBT & AIDS Project; Speech, Privacy, and Technology Project; Voting Rights Project; and the Advocacy Department will be present to discuss their work. Featuring remarks by ACLU Executive Director, Anthony Romero.
Refreshments will be served.
