Attend this session for an introduction to public interest careers and to learn about PILC’s Summer Funding Program, which guarantees financial support to any 1L and 2L with a public interest, government or judicial summer internship. PILC counselors will offer advice on how to begin looking for a summer internship and insight into what PILC can do to help! We encourage all 1Ls to attend even if you are not sure whether you will work in the public sector; typically more than two-thirds of the 1L class participates in PILC’s Summer Funding Program, including many who plan to go into the private sector during their 2L summer.
