New York Bar Exam Eligibility

For those who need the LLM for NY bar eligibility, we would like you to know that the New York Court of Appeals has approved several more classes to meet its bar eligibility requirements for foreign-trained attorneys.

The following classes have been approved to meet the requirements of Rule 520.6(b)(3)(vi)(a) relating to professional responsibility:

Ethics in Government: Investigation and Enforcement (LW.12211)
Professional Responsibility in the Corporate Context (LW.12346)
Role of the Lawyer in Public Life (LW.12397)

The following additional classes have been approved to meet the requirements of 520.6(b)(3)(vi)(d) relating to subjects tested on the bar exam:

Legislation and the Regulatory State for Transfer Students and LLMs (LW.11633)
Separation of Powers (LW.11269)
Complex Litigation (LW. 10058)
