The Jean Monnet Center and Center for European and Mediterranean Studies at NYU warmly invite you to The Gender and Transformation: Women in Europe workshop where Dr. Barbara Havelková (University of Oxford: Shaw Foundation Fellow in Law) will present her book Gender Equality in Law: Uncovering the Legacies of Czech State Socialism (Hart Publishing, 2017)

Chair: Gráinne de Búrca, Florence Ellinwood Allen Professor of Law, Faculty Director, Hauser Global Law School; Director, Jean Monnet Center for International and Regional Economic Law & Justice.

Discussant: Melissa Feinberg, Rutgers University, Associate Professor, Department of History.
