New Initiatives in Regulating Executive Compensation

The Center for Labor and Employment Law invites all students and faculty to attend a panel discussion, “New Initiatives in Regulating Executive Compensation,” in Room 206, Vanderbilt Hall, on Wednesday, October 14, from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. Panelists will be Barbara W. Bishop (consultant and former Senior Managing Director of Bear Stearns), Michael Delikat (chair, Orrick Global Employment Law Group), Prof. Jeffrey N. Gordon (corporations and securities specialist at Columbia Law School), and Wayne Outten (leading counsel for executives and founding partner of Outten & Golden). The program will be moderated by Prof. Samuel Estreicher, director of the Center for Labor and Employment Law.
