The Enemy Combatants Papers: American Justice, the Courts, and the War on Terror
To mark the release of the Center’s latest publication, The Enemy Combatants Papers: American Justice, the Courts, and the War on Terror, the Center on Law and Security is hosting an informal panel discussion on Wednesday, September 3 at 6:00 p.m. in Vanderbilt Hall, Room 210. With Michael Ratner, president of the Center for Constitutional Rights; Joshua Dratel, lead civilian counsel for David Hicks and coeditor of The Enemy Combatants Papers; Anthony Romero, executive director of the ACLU; and Karen J. Greenberg, executive director of the Center and coeditor of The Enemy Combatants Papers.
