NYSBA Section of Antitrust Law Annual Law Student Writing Competition (2L, 3L, LLM)

Eligible papers include seminar papers, as well as notes, comments and articles prepared for law journals and should generally be 20-30 pages in length, with footnotes. In no event may papers exceed 50 pages in length, with footnotes. Papers which have been submitted to other writing competitions are eligible.
Eligible papers may address any antitrust topic, including topics relating to civil and criminal antitrust law, intellectual property and antitrust law, competition policy, regulatory policy, consumer protection, international competition law, and state antitrust enforcement.
Please note that jointly prepared papers are not eligible.
